Is there a minimum contract term?
All the purchased plans are valid for 1 year.
What are "Clients”?
A “Clients” is categorized as a “Customer” or a “Supplier”. So "100 Clients" would mean a total of 100 Clients (Customers | Suppliers).
How do refunds work?
We have 30 days money-back guarantee! No questions asked. Just contact support within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
Are subscriptions auto-renewed after each billing cycle?
No. There are no auto-renewals. Once your subscribed plan is over i.e after 1 year, you will need to manually purchase the plan for the next year.
How does a plan upgrade work?
We use pro-rated system for pricing. If you upgrade to a higher plan, then we will refund you the unused amount of your current plan. Purchase the higher | upgraded plan and contact support for a pro-rated refund.
